AllergyPlus central extract systems connect all of the wet areas in your home (e.g Kitchen, WC, Bathroom) via a network of ducting, to a central fan. The stale air is then discharged outside. At the same time the central fan ensures a free-flow of fresh air, as it is drawn through the trickle vents in windows. This provides a healthy living environment.
The systems are designed to run continuously and completely change all the air in the property at least once every two hours. They comply with the current Building Regulations 1995 Part F and therefore no noisy extractor fans are required.
